What this site is

Newborn Map publishes editorial pages for US new parents. It is not a store checkout, not a patient portal, and not a children's app. We do not run a live email list on this site today.

What we collect

If you write us, we receive whatever you put in the message — typically a name, email address, and the body of the note — through your own mail app to hello@newbornmap.com. We do not host a form backend that stores that message on this website.

The registry checklist on this site stays in your browser (localStorage). We do not receive those checkmarks.

Our host (Vercel) and the browser may log ordinary technical data such as IP address, user agent, and which URL was requested, so the site can run and stay secure. We may add typical analytics later (for example page views). We will not use that later analytics to build a profile of a child.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not collect children's data beyond the typical analytics we may add later, and we do not ask a child to create an account.
• We do not publish a company EIN on this site.
• We do not require an account to read the pages.

Children

The audience is adults caring for a newborn. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The content is about infants; it is not directed at infants as users.

Cookies

We do not set a marketing cookie of our own today. If we add typical analytics later, that tool may set a cookie or similar identifier. You can block cookies in your browser. The pages remain readable.

Partner links

Some pages include retail partner links (including Amazon Associates and other programs). Those companies have their own privacy policies. We do not place an Amazon tracking tag on this site until one is issued. See Affiliate disclosure.

Your choices (US)

If you are a California resident, we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA/CPRA. To ask what we hold from email you sent us, or to ask us to delete that correspondence, write hello@newbornmap.com. We may need to confirm the request is yours.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. The public contact address stays hello@newbornmap.com unless this page says otherwise.
